ADC offers ELOS (Electro-Optical Synergy), which combines Laser energy plus Radiofrequency (RF) energies; they work together to activate fibroblasts, signaling new collagen to form and the existing collagen to tighten, which gradually starts to soften fine lines and wrinkles; superficial scars, enlarged pores, and rough skin texture can also show benefit from wrinkle reduction treatments. Unlike ablative laser skin resurfacing, this process improves skin texture without injuring the epidermis. This treatment can be performed on all skin types because the laser wavelength bypasses the epidermal melanin barrier. This non-invasive treatment has a high safety profile, and requires minimal post-operative care. This treatment can, however, cause moderate discomfort during the procedure. A series of treatments (usually 5) received 3 -4 weeks apart is recommended.
